General Refund Policy

At Lotion Lites, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds

• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

• For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain products such as opened body care items.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
